Rental Agreement

A damage/loss deposit of 50% of total rental fees in the form of cash or check is required to cover any chipped, unusable or missing items and the check will be refunded after satisfactory return of all items.

 

We do not rent items that are chipped. If you discover any chipped, broken or missing items when you unpack your order, please notify us at once so that we can note it on your contract and not charge you for it.

 

All broken or chipped items are to be returned. A fee of $25.00 per cup and/or saucer, $30.00 per teapot and $5.00 per utensil/flatware will be charged upon return of damaged or missing items. All other items will be charged at our replacement cost of $15-$100 PER ITEM per fair market replacement value.

 

All china should be free of food and drink before being re-packed in the containers provided. Please do not wash vintage china as this is when most breakage occurs. There is a $50.00 minimum rental fee. Refunds are not given for unused items.

 

Delivery and set-up are available on request. There is a delivery fee starting at $50.00 depending on location distance. Set-up service is available at a reasonable additional cost. Please contact us for more details about pick-up, delivery and set-up fees.
